| Foster notes: "Sofia is adorable. We call her “Little Miss Muppet”, because she actually looks like one! Our best guess is that she is a Lhasa Apso mix. She was a stray and arrived in bad shape, with severely matted fur, a foxtail lodged under her arm, and a double ear infection. She is now in amazing shape; she has been to the vet and has had her makeover at the groomer.
Sofia is ready for adoption!
She is a great little, cuddly companion. Sofia has good house manners, is a snuggly lap dog, and is potty trained. She enjoys riding in the car, but wishes someone would let her drive! Sofia loves other dogs and is fine with cats. She appears to be friendly with everyone, but due to her petite figure, a home with small children is not recommended. She is generally pretty mellow, so she could be a great dog for a senior. Sofia is just looking for her own person that will hold her, keep her safe and treat her like the Little Miss Muppet that she is!
