Meet beautiful Luna - a very sweet and clever girl. She was adopted after her mom fostered her and her puppies, but sadly due to the fires in Lake County and health concerns on the part of her adopter, she and her two best buddies are now looking for new loving homes.

Luna is very much a border collie. She’s very smart, has a lot of energy and is easy to train. She recently graduated from her "K9 Nose Work" class and is doing very well in searching for odor. We hope she will be able to continue this sport when she finds her new home.

Luna likes a regular routine. She likes to stay home although when you put her in the car she is happy to go do things with you.

She’s good with other dogs and is house trained. She has good house manners and she has been sleeping in a crate at night, though this isn't a requirement.

Luna has a prey drive and is not good around chickens or small animals and is better off without cats for sure as she chases them, and unless called off- could do harm. She is very sweet and loving and will make an active person, with time and herding breed smarts a fantastic companion! She'd excel at agility or other competitive aspirations, or just as a great hiking and outdoor adventure buddy.

$550 adoption fee for this awesome dog.
