Featured Critter: OREO

Breed: Australian Cattle Dog - Am. Staff. Terrier Mix  -  Gender: Female  -  Age: 1 yr. 9 mo. (est)  -  Milo ID: 20975

OREO Oreo is still looking for her new home without cats and having a very active lifestyle. She would like to be part of a family who enjoys hiking, trips to the dog park or even time with you in the backyard . You name it she's ready, but when you get home she also would like to snuggle while you watch a movie or read a book.

Oreo is good with people of all sizes and loves other dogs. She can look serious at times but don't let her fool you she is a total ham once you get to know her. Oreo knows some basic commands, has good recall and rides well in the car. She is very food motivated which will help with her continued training.

Oreo was an adoption return to the Martinez shelter, because she chases cats. She is a fairly petite Shepherd-like girl. She weighed 40 pounds at intake but was skinny - likely 45 pounds will be a good weight for her. She has GREAT EARS!!
