Milo Foundation’s Donor Privacy Policy
This policy applies to all donor information received by the Milo Foundation, both online and offline, as well as any electronic, written, or oral communications.

Donor Information We Collect, Store and Use
The Milo Foundation collects personal information included in online forms, printed checks, and mailed donations we receive from you, or through information you communicate directly to us through other means. The Milo Foundation will only collect information we believe is reasonably useful in administering our business or to provide services to donors.

To the extent any donations are processed through a third-party service provider, our donors’ information will only be used for purposes necessary to process the donation.

Donor Privacy
We value your privacy. We restrict access to personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal and state regulations to guard your personal information.

All administrative staff are trained on our Privacy Policies. Any person with access to our donor records must sign and abide by a confidentiality agreement and are subject to disciplinary measures for any violations, including termination.

The Milo Foundation never shares, trades, or sells a donor’s personal information. Donor information is not disclosed unless to comply with federal or state laws and regulations, or with court orders.

Maintenance of Accurate Information
The Milo Foundation will correct known inaccurate information in a timely manner.
